This Halloween Escape Room is an interactive and engaging activity that will take your students on a thrilling adventure around the classroom! While some puzzles are more straightforward, others will challenge students to dig deeper and apply their problem-solving skills to uncover what each letter or symbol represents.
The excitement builds as each solved code reveals a piece of the final puzzle. This can be an independent or collaborative activity, racing to crack the ultimate code and report it to you. No props needed, and the great part? Students can complete the activity in any order!

STORYLINE:
On a foggy Halloween night, a group of you and your friends decide to explore the abandoned Willow Manor, a crumbling mansion on the outskirts of town. Rumor has it that the manor is haunted by the spirits of the original inhabitants, who vanished mysteriously over a century ago. Everything about this house gives you the creeps!
You all gather at the entrance of the manor, your flashlights flickering in the misty air. Chills rise on your arms, as a feeling of trepidation comes over you.
As you push open the creaking door, you are immediately met with a chilling draft, and the door slams shut behind you, locking all you inside.
“Welcome to Willow Manor,” a ghostly voice echoes through the dark hallway. “To leave this place, you must solve the mysteries within. Fail, and you will join us as ghosts forever.”
Can you and your friends get out of the house in time before you turn into a ghost? Time is ticking!
