Exchanges & Refunds

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on englishohmy.com CANNOT be returned or refunded. Because my products are digital and intangible, they cannot be physically returned. I appreciate your understanding in this matter.

There are a few exceptions in which I will grant you a refund-

1. If you made duplicate purchases, and you can provide me with evidence of your duplicate purchase. If you made a duplicate purchase, you added two of the same products to the cart.
2. A technical error has occurred. This could be from hitting the “back” button, resulting in you purchasing the product “twice”. Please do not hit the “back” button when your purchase is authorizing.

You must contact me within 30 days of your purchase in order for me to review and consider the exchange/refund. Otherwise, all purchases are final. Please email at englishohmy@gmail.com for for assistance.

All transactions for PDF downloads, resource materials, and online content purchases are made through payment gateways such as PayPal and use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.

Some things you may want to consider when purchasing is…

1. Use a non-school email address. At times, school emails will block outside websites due to their strict firewalls and server restrictions.
2. Please double-check your cart before making your purchase. Please check for duplicate products.
3. If you are having trouble finding your purchase, check your spam folder. Often, purchase emails will head to your spam folder. You can also refer to my FAQ’s & Help section on my website.
