When my students come into my classroom, I like for them to have something to do, so I can take attendance, collect homework, and do other housekeeping items. I have done bell ringers on the Smart Board before; however, students had to use their notebook, open to new pages, and you know how it is…All the kids work at different paces, and while other students were done, some were just beginning.
